Hey everyone. One thing that I have found incredibly important as we are scaling our business, is to ensure that our people plan is completely laid down, that we have it all out in writing, that we have the org chart of what we want our business to look like when we hit certain milestones financially, and working out what the job descriptions look like for those roles. Now, if you are in the middle of scaling, I highly recommend that you do something similar. Set aside some time, really get that people plan nailed, because the people plan is what helps scale your business. Without understanding what seats need to be filled as you grow and scale, you’re going to get tied up in knots as you scale up.
I know some of you know this already, and it will be a quick reminder to perhaps recap and refresh that plan of what your business people plan looks like at certain milestones, at certain financial stages. Perhaps some of you in here haven’t quite done that kind of thing yet, and I highly, highly urge you to do it. What does your people plan look like at the million point, at the two million point, at the five million point? What does your people plan look like, in order to support your vision and your goals?
